What could be causing your keyboard to behave strangely?
Hello everyone,
apologies if my English isn't clear.
Here are my PC specifications:
Memory: ASUS Prime Z490-P
Processor: Intel core i5 10600
Graphics: ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080 A8G
RAM: 16GB Vengeance Pro RGB
Recently, I've noticed some unusual issues. My keyboard is behaving oddly—some keys stop working and it sometimes types strange characters. When I press the arrow down key, it doesn't function properly or displays weird symbols.
In games like COD, pressing "Tab" opens multi-tasking, but it seems to behave strangely.
My keyboard is a local model, and my mouse also acts oddly when I click in Discord private chats—it goes straight to the Discord loading screen.
Could the motherboard be causing this problem? I'm not sure what to do next.
This involves an additional mouse? Please verify the keyboard type and language settings are correct. If they are, I recommend removing both from the device manager, connecting them to a different USB port, and restarting to let Windows recognize them. Also, test your keyboard and mouse on another system to ensure the issue isn't hardware-related.
Mouse and keyboard issues are severe
Mouse is completely broken
None of the keys function properly
None of them behave as expected
For instance, when I click "chrome" that's already open, it launches a new Chrome instead of refreshing it
Or another case when I press the "A" key on Kb, it opens the Realtek audio console! Wtf is happening, please help
I'm sure it's not related to a faulty Kb
Also, my mouse seems to be malfunctioning too
