I recently purchased a new PC equipped with an R5 processor, 2600 gigahertz GTX 1650, 16 GB of RAM, and I’m only achieving 20-30 frames per second on Rust and around 60-70 FPS in CS:GO. When checking Task Manager, my CPU usage stays between 10-20% and the GPU is about 40% at maximum settings. My previous machine was an R3 with a 2200 gigahertz processor, an RTX 580, and 8 GB of RAM, where I consistently got triple the FPS in both games. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions to resolve this issue?

Ensure you have the latest PC specifications. If missing, download the correct drivers from the manufacturer's site manually. Reinstall and adjust settings. Avoid third-party tools. Check Task Manager for unfamiliar or unwanted startup programs—new PCs often come with unnecessary software. Also examine Resource Monitor. Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) can assist in finding performance issues. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s-explorer Helps identify slow frame rates. Do not abruptly terminate processes. Try to pinpoint any unidentified programs or applications.

I've updated the graphics card driver, but I'm not sure which others you should consider updating. Also, in Task Manager, there are only 5 items listed during startup.

Was die Reinigung der Fenster nach dem CPU-Wechsel durchgeführt? Führe einen UserBenchmark durch und teile den Link zu den Ergebnissen.

Thanks for the response, it's not a brand new PC, so I'll check the benchmarks now.
