Hello everyone,
My Wireless 2.4GHz Mouse slows down when I don’t move it for more than a minute. I’ve tried connecting it to every USB port on my laptop, but the issue persists. The only solution is to remove and reinsert the batteries and keep it moving constantly. Do you know what’s causing this? Are others facing the same problem? I also checked that the computer’s power-off box is gray, so it wasn’t my laptop’s fault. If it’s a sleep mode feature, how should I disable it?

Is there a dedicated support page for the mouse? I’m checking for tools that assist with mouse updates and firmware management.
