A recent SteelSeries engine update added "meta bindings," but they are disabling all key inputs. I don’t know how to return to the standard keybind settings and resolve this issue.

Do you have the confirmation? Are there any entries in your bank statement, store account, or PayPal?

I have a receipt from the online store, but I still need the package to be returned as per the seller's instructions.

Consider reaching out to SteelSeries. They could possibly handle an RMA on your behalf.

I'm sure you've already attempted that, but consider removing the software?
