Good morning, I’d like to share some details about my experience. I used to play Fortnite on a laptop, but when I moved to Chapter 3, I needed an Xbox Series S due to poor FPS performance. Later, I switched to a gaming PC because the Xbox had too many delays. My goal is to keep the delay lower than on the Xbox while still enjoying the game as much as possible on my laptop.

My laptop specs: Lenovo IdeaPad s145 (15.6"), Ryzen 5 3500u, 12GB RAM, SSD 256GB (possibly Samsung), ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6, 16GB RAM at 3200MHz, Corsair CV450, HDD from Azza Luminous, case is decent.

My current PC: Intel i3 9100F, Asus Prime B360M-C, stock heatsink, ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6, 16GB RAM at 3200MHz, Corsair CV450, HDD from HGST.

I optimized my laptop thoroughly and after a few days of using the new PC, I reformatted it from Windows and fine-tuned it without installing extra drivers.

Peripherals: Logitech G203 mouse, Feker Machinist 01 keyboard (similar to GK61), possibly a Chinese headset, Dell P2017H monitor via VGA.

I’m asking for advice on reducing the delay I feel on my PC and any suggestions you might have. Thank you very much in advance.

Go back to the state before you added Driver Booster.

I have already tried, but the issue remains unresolved.

It seems you might want this sentence rephrased while keeping its meaning intact. Here it is:

You likely need to install Windows Fresh first. Driver Booster is actually considered malware.
