What configurations should my company adjust on the server to enable searching by first name or last name?
What adjustments should be made on the server side to allow opening a new email and searching for an addressee by first name or last name? The issue arises when entering a first name in Outlook, which then populates the user's details, whereas using a last name causes the system to fail. I've experienced similar problems in other organizations where entering either a first or last name worked, but not when sending via OWA. It seems to be an on-premises feature related to Exchange that needs to be enabled or disabled. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
