yes, 1080p max, though it feels unusual. I should be achieving 90 fps at 1440p max, perhaps just because it was the initial release. I plan to test it tonight when I get home. And no, this isn't due to Vsync. Someone had previously mentioned it and I'm certain it's not related.

But is there also a frame limiting setting you may have overlooked?

I don't agree since it exceeds 60-70 fps based on my perspective.

Maybe the benches being compared lacked all settings at their maximum, and any overclocking they performed would also influence the outcome.

It might be odd, but I'm only seeing 60 frames per second at 1080p resolution.

The metric I was looking at was displayed at 1440p resolution, yet one might assume 1080p would require less processing power.

Not always, reaching the maximum graphics options is similar to adjusting difficulty levels in games. You might succeed on the next hardest setting, but transitioning to the hardest one represents a much larger jump compared to moving from Normal to Hard. Likewise, graphic settings can be suitable at the second to highest level, yet the top setting is a significant step beyond the Med to High range. This explains why it's essential to compare results directly, as precision matters.

I really dislike being the one to deliver bad news, but this tech analysis video I just watched about the game doesn't look very encouraging. The animation issues are worse than I anticipated, especially since they cause noticeable frame drops, which means stutters persist even after patch 7. Additionally, it looks like their built-in shader compiler is having problems and isn’t compiling correctly. This is quite surprising to me, because I always believed Respawn was one of the top development teams. Now I’m concerned that even the upcoming Titanfall game might face similar challenges. It seems inevitable that even the best teams at EA will encounter difficulties, often due to insufficient freedom, time, or resources to work properly.

I noticed I was experiencing stutters occasionally during scene changes, though they were rare. It seemed to be linked to having frame generation enabled in the driver. I found out that turning it off resolved the issue, maintaining over 60 fps consistently.

If you haven't seen the entire video yet, take a look when you can. It clarifies things more effectively than I can.
