Hello, my computer occasionally crashes with a BSOD following some Windows updates. The previous issue was resolved by taking it to a technician who performed a hard reset. About 1.5 years later, the problem recurs.

I attempted a system restore to before the update, but it kept refreshing itself.

I removed the update packages, yet the issue remained.

A soft factory reset was carried out, which seemed to help, but after several crashes the problem returned to its original severity.

A hard factory reset was performed to erase everything from the drive, though the issue still persisted. What’s going on?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
First, check if your system has any pending BIOS updates. Then manually download all necessary drivers for your prebuilt setup via Lenovo's support site using your serial number. Save the drivers on a pen drive.
You might want to reinstall the OS after creating a bootable USB installer for Windows 11 with Windows Media Creation Tools, and then reinstall from scratch.

Update your BIOS then download and install the pending drivers via the Iobit Driver Booster app from its official site. If issues persist, examine for corrupted files on your PC.

Using: System File Checker in Windows - Microsoft Support
Discover how to execute System File Checker in Windows to identify file-related problems on your computer.
support.microsoft.com

If challenges continue, obtain the necessary drivers from Lenovo's support page as mentioned initially. Create a bootable USB using Media Creation Tool or Rufus, place the drivers there, and install Windows from the USB.

Hope this assists! Thanks!

It didn't work, but luckily I discovered a patch from Lenovo for the BSOD issue on my computer:
https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ca/en/...Patch&id=D075E946-FD8E-45D8-8647-884103A1CE6B
This appeared to resolve the problem. It's been weeks and I haven't experienced any crashes anymore!
