Hello community,
Thank you very much for your support. Here are my requirements:

Motherboard: Asus Prime B450 K ll
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.6gh, 6 cores, 12 threads
Ram: Hyper X 32gb DDR4
Graphic card: Radeon Saphire RX 580 4gb
Power supply: 750W
SSD: M2

I understand some games put more strain on the processor. However, I’m focusing only on titles where graphics are the main factor. The performance varies widely—some games see a 100%, 20%, 0%, 58%, 22%, 12%, or 70% increase in GPU usage. But most often it stays around 0%. The card should adapt to the workload, yet I haven’t noticed such significant fluctuations. Even when the game isn’t intense and graphics are at 70%, they remain steady without jumps like this.

I’ve tried reinstalling drivers and updating the BIOS at the end of 2023, but nothing resolved the issue. Could it be related to the motherboard? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your assistance.

Use DDU to remove your existing AMD drivers. After restarting, set up the new drivers for the chipset and your GPU.

At this stage, I would reset the whole system and start fresh with a completely new Windows 11 installation. I get it, but I'll attempt it since it's tough.
