Hello community,
Thank you very much for your support. Here are my requirements:

Motherboard: Asus Prime B450 K ll
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.6gh, 6 cores, 12 threads
Ram: Hyper X 32gb DDR4
Graphic card: Radeon Saphire RX 580 4gb
Power supply: 750W
SSD: M2

I understand some games put more strain on the processor. However, I’m focusing only on titles where graphics are the main factor. The performance varies widely—some games see a 100%, 20%, 0%, 58%, 22%, 12%, or 70% increase in GPU usage. But usually it stays around 0%. The card should adapt to the workload, yet I haven’t noticed such significant fluctuations. Even when the game isn’t intense and graphics are at 70%, they remain steady without jumps like this.

I’ve tried reinstalling drivers and updating the BIOS at the end of 2023, but nothing resolved the issue. Could it be related to the motherboard? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your assistance.

What adjustments are being made to the CPU, GPU, or memory?
How do the CPU and GPU temperatures look when idle versus when under load?
Are the AMD chipset drivers current?

This occurred with the most recent drivers?
The attached picture seems quite outdated.
Did you execute the command with elevated privileges?

When operating under stress, the processor reaches 80%, graphics performance increases instantly from zero to full capacity, and CPU temps remain at 30°C in idle mode, rising to around 75°C during load, while graphics stay at 40°C at rest and peak at 65°C under heavy use.

I have never encountered that issue after installing numerous times throughout many years.
Did you check your system for malware recently?
