I'm trying to push my i7 7700k overclock and adjust the voltage to 1.2, but it keeps fluctuating. CPU-Z only shows it at 1.2, while HWMonitor reports a minimum of 1.2, max of 2.432... The VID voltages are changing quickly, ranging from 1.264 to 1.304. I'm unsure what the actual voltage is right now. My motherboard is an Asus Z270H.

Didn't mention the program, but suggested using another monitoring option instead of 2.4v

What voltage was you configured to 1.2? I think it was likely the core voltage, but you mentioned a lot of other terms too.

I adjusted my VCORE to 1.2V manually, but it rises during testing instead of staying steady.

The processor is requesting the value of vcore, which is the amount provided. There is no possibility that vcore was 2.4 since you are still operating the device.

Supahos :
Vid is what the processor is asking for vcore is the ammout supplied. No chance vcore was 2.4 as you're still using the computer
I took a screenshot of it
