What causes the blue screen in the Gigabyte Control Center?
The program isn't functioning properly and displays an error about the file being inaccessible. You should try running it in safe mode with network enabled, as you prefer.
You probably don't require networking, but it might still be worth a shot. It seems capable of locating what it needs on the PC.
So is DDU functioning properly?

I removed it and reinstalled it now, so I should be able to test the Gigabyte Control Center.
just thinking, you might find this useful for managing fan speeds:

(it works well with most fans on my PC)
and this to handle RGB settings on RAM -

in case we can't run the program without that issue.
I think GCC should combine RGB Fusion into a single application? Their software isn’t great. I own a Gigabyte MB and just added two more RGB RAM sticks to my PC, but the RGB strip on MB would turn off by itself. After installing RGB fusion, it managed to control my RAM sticks (usually I use Icue), though it at least restored RGB on the motherboard. I removed it later because it caused problems before.
Ok thanks I will update you if the problem is not solved.
Note: the problem is not solved its a problem within the program when I press in update option in the GCC its have a long time load and when I press on the task manager on process section its stop working with a notification that the program has stopped working then after a few minutes like 3 min
its giving me the BSOD
