It’s disappointing that I initially perceived this as a forum populated by reasonable individuals. However, it appears several users have failed to review previous messages—specifically, four prior posts—and haven't demonstrated the ability to reference them.
Dell 2K monitor. Due to my father’s purchasing decisions for my PC and my current age of 17 with no employment, I have no budget.

The video card is not intended to run modern games at 1440p (2K). You must determine your power supply; software cannot ascertain this, only an internal inspection of your PC can. The PSU should have numerous wires and a sticker on the side. My recommendation for a GPU upgrade is the GTX 1660ti: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product...0-...018j9-161f. It's suitable for 1440p gaming since your CPU would limit more expensive cards at 1440p or 1080p; this card will play GTA V at approximately 72fps at 1440p high according to gpucheck.com and requires a decent 450W PSU.
