My computer keeps crashing without warning, showing random frames and forcing shutdowns. It happens especially during intense FPS games when FPS drops occur, though the temperature stays normal at 55°C and the CPU isn’t at full load. In Event Viewer, it reports a firmware issue disabling power management features on processor 0 in group 0. This might be related, but I’m not sure if it’s connected to the problem. Also, it could be a general issue since my PC feels unstable, even though it worked fine before.

I might perform a memory test if your temperatures aren't a concern. Then think about any new drivers or updates during the time it began as initial actions.
