You're noticing performance drops when playing at higher settings in League of Legends. Despite having low settings and a stable GPU usage, you're struggling to maintain around 300fps on the lowest. It might help to check your settings further or consider optimizing your game configuration.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide detailed system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Please also mention the age of the PSU, along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard?
In the meantime, you may find it helpful to try using DDU and then manually reinstalling the latest GPU drivers from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
