ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT errors occur in GTA V and Project Cars 2, causing freezes. Switching to DX 10.1 for GTA V did not resolve the issue, nor did disabling VSync or changing it to Adaptive mode. System specifications: Intel Core i7 4700MQ @ 3.5Ghz, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 770M 3GB, Samsung SSD 860 EVO, 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz (4x4GB1600Mhz), with Intel HD Graphics 4600 disabled. Assistance needed for modern game compatibility.
