If the model name faces the motherboard, the PSU is incorrectly installed. Regardless of top or bottom mounting, the PSU should have the intake fan grill facing down. For bottom-mounted models, the intake vent is on the case's bottom beneath the PSU; this is where cool air should be drawn in. Intaking air from inside the case uses already heated air to cool the PSU, which will likely shorten its lifespan. If it’s a top-mounted PSU, the intake vent should face into the case and exhaust out the back for heat removal and as an additional exhaust fan. This design is poor, leading manufacturers and enthusiasts to favor bottom-mounted PSU cases. In any case, if the label faces the motherboard, the PSU is either inexpensive or incorrectly installed.
The output fluctuates from 60 (minimum) to 45 in certain areas. I am utilizing a Cooler Master 700W with an MNT RS-700-ACAB-B1. It appears to be a Cooler Master B700 version 2. The fan is directed towards the GPU and surrounding hardware. If oriented differently, it would be tightly packed within the case.
The 120mm fan (Cool Air In / blue arrows) should be facing down if a vent exists in the bottom of the case to allow intake. If no bottom vent is present, this configuration will suffice; however, a "gaming" case with improved cooling design is recommended for gaming use. The vents (Hot Air Out / red arrows) should face towards the rear, exposed to the outside of the case with the power cord running out. “Crammed into the case” refers to orientation change, which does not affect available space.
The grilling component will face the enclosure, and it isn’t excessively tight. However, is this truly the cause? Because the temperature does not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
I upgraded my CPU, GPU, and RAM. My CPU was an AMD Radeon GTX 970, and I performed a clean reset twice.
A reset is not a clean install.
Did you install all necessary drivers from your motherboard manufacturer’s website?
Using a USB drive, I performed a full format of my hard drive and SSD. All necessary drivers for the motherboard and graphics card have been installed.
