I'm dealing with an unusual problem in both Valorant and League of Legends. When the FPS exceeds 200, my character begins to teleport on the screen, and I notice stutters that feel like packet loss or latency issues. The ping remains normal, and I’m not seeing any packet loss. Notably, the issue vanishes when I set the FPS to 200 in both games. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

My PC setup is this:
Processor: Ryzen 5600
CPU overclocking attempted but issue continues.
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2, latest BIOS.
Memory: 32GB (2x16) at 2666MHz, overclocked to 3200MHz with timing changes, still no fix.
GPU: RX 6600, latest driver installed, older drivers tried without success.
Storage: 1TB M.2 SSD.

I've tried various solutions without success:
- Running games in windowed and borderless modes.
- Fully formatting the PC with Windows 10 and 11, skipping driver installs, only using Windows Update.
- Clearing all settings with Windows 10 and 11, optimizing system, updating chipset and GPU drivers.
- Resetting BIOS settings.
- Rolling back to an older BIOS version.
- Updating BIOS to the newest release.
- Turning off fullscreen optimization in Windows.
- Disabling Game Mode.
- Updating chipset and GPU drivers to latest versions.
- Disabling High Precision Event Timer in BIOS and Windows.
- Testing older chipset and graphics card drivers.
- Pushing CPU overclock to 4650 MHz.
- Pushing RAM overclock to 3200 MHz.
- Adjusting RAM timings.
- Changing DisplayPort cable.
- Using an HDMI cable.
- Testing with another monitor.
- Testing with a different RX 570 graphics card.
- Running Memtest86 without memory errors.
- Executing Cinebench R23 without problems.
- Using CPU-Z benchmark and achieving expected scores for a Ryzen 5600.

What is the refresh rate of your monitor?
Why isn't it possible to adjust FPS if this resolves your problem?
