I have an older AMD GPU (RS880) running on a netbook, and I'm using the latest driver. You've heard of Gallium 4.0, but I'm not sure if it's still relevant. It seems to be outdated, especially since newer drivers are available for recent systems. You might want to consider updating your GPU or checking if your current setup is compatible with the latest support.
