Occasionally when I power on my PC, the GPU fans start spinning briefly. Sometimes the "Gefore RTX" indicator lights up and everything runs smoothly, other times it stays stuck with the white VGA light or no display at all. A quick restart usually fixes it without issues. No visual glitches have appeared. This seems related to the power supply unit, not RAM or the monitor. I’m using a 750W PSU and a Corsair PSU, but it still happens with different models. I’m considering upgrading to at least an 80 Gold PSU since my current one is cheaper.
