Technically, there is nothing to it.
Consult page 5 of the manual:
https://manuals.yeyiangaming.com/YFR-46201.pdf
The PSU should have included the required connectors (6-pin and 6+2 pin) for linking to the GPU.
But it would be advisable to purchase a higher-quality power supply instead.

This power supply is completely useless. I wouldn't install it anywhere. And what calculations were made at that firm? 792w @12v on a 650w PSU?

Yup, return if this was accidentally purchased, send to a recycling center if you can't. This is a dirt cheap, group-regulated unit that has no business ever powering a GPU that requires supplementary power.

I purchased a ready-made computer but they didn't provide the necessary cables.

When there are no other choices, the manufacturer should have offered them. Modular power cables aren't one-size-fits-all. You often discover suitable substitutes or aftermarket options from brands like Corsair or SeaSonic, or other major companies, but locating alternatives for less-known off-brand products is nearly a challenge. Regardless, it's best not to use this PSU with your preferred GPU, making it a rather poor choice even with the right cables available.

If you had asked about a bigger brand of power supply, someone might have some idea. However, these can be tricky because manufacturers often alter connections even between similar models. You just hope it’s one of those third-party cable suppliers. These are the firms that create colorful cables for users who prefer non-black options. You’d need to be very lucky if they take the time to look into an off-brand product like yours.

You can technically craft your own cables. You can obtain Molex plugs that fit the power supply side and the video card connection is standardized. Since a PCIe link only uses 12-volt and ground pins, it’s simpler than those going to a SATA port. You’ll need skills in using a voltage meter and crimping wires onto the Molex connectors.

Your best choice seems to be investing in a new power supply that includes the cables.

It varies by nation, but the Corsair CX 650 tends to be the most affordable PSU to purchase. Prices for PSUs have risen since the beginning of the pandemic.

To decide which is better, consider the specific needs and preferences of your setup.
