I considered the THERMALTAKE Litepower RGB, 650W, 120mm, Active PFC, LTP-0650NHSANE-1, but some friends suggested opting for a 750W model, which feels a bit excessive.

Hey there,
750w is the minimum for that GPU. Don't cut corners. Invest in a solid Corsair RMx/Rmi/Rme 750w and stop hesitating.
Budget and PSU shouldn't be mentioned together in one sentence!

This PSU is extremely poor quality. It's group regulated, has bad voltage regulation, and weak protections. Not suitable for an RTX 3070—use a better one. Check this link for alternatives: https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-at...e-busters/
