When speeds are limited to around 100-150 Mbps, opting for business class can be more affordable. The $50 unlimited charge is steep, yet it offers a better value compared to higher tiers like gigabit where costs rise significantly. A 75 Mbps business plan typically falls between $69.95 and $89.95, depending on location. This means a 60 Mbps connection at $89.95 would need to be priced under $39.95 per Mbps to remain more economical, though it would also be slower.
I received a 75/10 service from Comcast which functioned well for me. A 60 Mbps connection should be manageable. You might opt for higher speeds just in case, but a 100 Mbps plan would suffice. Comcast offered us a free upgrade to 150 Mbps without any problems. Since my family uses Hulu Live, Netflix, and I occasionally play games, the setup seems suitable.
