It seems like a minor adjustment might be needed. If you're comfortable with the 5700xt version, this clip could still provide some insight, though accuracy may vary. View: https://youtu.be/zdJ5c7V72ds?feature=shared

The RTX 2060 Super offers about 85% improvement over the RX580 and fits well with the current power supply. It’s typically priced between $150 and $180 on auction sites. It matches the performance of a GTX1080. A Ryzen 5700 or 5600 paired with an RTX2060S can be purchased for around $300, providing a solid gaming upgrade.

Adding to previous remarks, with 16gb of RAM available, focus on upgrading the CPU or GPU first. RAM is inexpensive in DDR4. You're likely to consider a 32gb unit next, costing about 50-60 dollars.

Wow, I just noticed that. I’m not sure $300 will make much of a difference here. However, my earlier recommendation will keep it running at 30fps in 1080p.

The specifications for Alan Wake 2 suggest that the 5700xt model is expected to meet certain demands.
