Great! I've participated in all beta tests for the games I'm interested in without having to preorder them, except for this one.
Previously played for a few hours, but there aren't enough missions left, which means you're stuck in the dark area.
I played it with three friends all afternoon. Visually it looks poor, and it's extremely tough to handle. Every aspect feels off: surfaces, lighting, reflections... it's so blurry, like Crysis 2 back then (even at maximum sharpness with full depth of field). The audio quality is also disappointing. As for the gameplay? It's basically a basic turn-based strategy experience. You move, take cover, and shoot—nothing more. The weapon handling feels weak; they added heavy recoil to make it seem powerful, but it didn't make a difference for me. The dark zone adds some challenge, but it highlights how unbalanced the game is overall (sniper rifles are overpowered). In short, it's just a collection of familiar ideas without much originality. I wouldn't recommend it.
