I should begin by mentioning that I’m not a big supporter of the AC series when it moves into RPG mode. I tried Origins last year just to get a feel for it—besides its visuals and the expansive map, which I thought was well-designed—I didn’t enjoy much of the rest. The story, combat, and overall gameplay felt average. Usually, when I play AC titles, the narrative sticks with me for a long time, but this one faded from my memory after just a few weeks. Recently, I’ve had some free time and finished other games, leaving me with nothing to look forward to. Now I’m considering AC Odyssey and wondering if it’s worth giving it a chance. Would you think it’s worth trying?

AC Odyssey offers superior gameplay, combat, and graphics compared to Origins, with an extensive amount of content that's impressive.

The tale had some good moments, though not particularly remarkable.

make sure to include volumetric clouds ranging from ultra to high settings; the ultra option handles volumetric clouds efficiently, consuming around 20-30% FPS at high levels.

The gameplay varies between titles. Origins focused on exploration, while Odyssey involves navigating ships or boats. It seems Odyssey leans more toward travel, whereas Origins emphasizes discovering cities and environments.

Combat is significantly superior to Origins. The boat driving is smooth and efficient. Exploring the ocean reveals a stunning underwater landscape that will leave you amazed.

its amazing. There is some sea/ship combat, but majority of the gameplay and story takes place on land in cities and exploring the world. Its got some breath taking views... well worth it. You're doing yourself a disservice not getting it IMO.
