What are the two ways to increase cloud storage without cost?
Hello. Which choice do you believe is superior and the reasoning behind it?
Consider forming multiple accounts with one cloud storage service for free. For instance, managing five Google accounts (for Google Drive).
Alternatively, create an account with several distinct cloud providers such as Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.
I intend to assign each storage to a particular data category: for example, using Dropbox for documents, Google Drive for photos, and OneDrive for sensitive information.
Thank you for your response.
Neither of these options are suitable. If you have sensitive information, then you should concentrate on the most effective methods for cloud storage, rather than seeking the cheapest alternatives. If you must decide between them, the first option is clearly worse. At least with the second choice, your organization is at risk, not because the provider is closing accounts due to free service abuse.
To the best of my understanding, Dropbox does not provide any free storage options. Microsoft's OneDrive includes 5GB of complimentary space. Google Drive provides 15GB at no cost. In my view, choosing Google Drive is advisable, as it remains the top choice even if you eventually opt for a paid plan, such as $2 per month for 200GB.

Dropbox Basic provides complimentary access to 2 GB of storage, as confirmed on their official site.
