What are the steps to resolve microphone problems on Windows 11?
Hello, I'm experiencing problems with the microphone quality on my JBL Tune 510BT. The main issue started when the Bluetooth feature disappeared from Device Manager without any connected properties. After installing Realtek & MediaTek from ASRock's website for my B760M-C motherboard, I regained access to Bluetooth. Now, the microphone audio is either very choppy or sounds robotic and stuck on hands-free mode. I tried turning off telephony, but it only muted the mic, disabling hands-free options didn't help, and there seems to be no other option besides hands-free.
Ensure the Intel 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth are properly updated using the Intel update tool or the official Intel website. Verify that the antenna remains securely connected. Update the BIOS as needed.
Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information. Provide the power supply specifications, including make, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, used). List all connected peripherals. Specify whether the network is wired or wireless. Press the small speaker icon in the lower right corner to open the troubleshooters. Run the built-in troubleshooters first; they may resolve issues automatically. If not, navigate through additional menu options and inspect windows, tabs, and properties for misconfigurations. Also, use "WIN" + "I" to access System settings and check Personalization and Audio configurations. Be aware that some settings might differ from expectations.
