I want to boost my AMD Ryzen 2600x to about 4.2 GHz, which is the highest clock it can reach, but I'm quite familiar with overclocking. Could someone assist me?

The turbo function works with the stock cooler by default.
It's possible to achieve over 4.2ghz using the stock cooler, though you won't match the performance of those with superior cooling solutions.

If the situation was too risky, nobody would proceed. 4.2ghz is the standard speed, not a maximum.

No, but from a power voltage and temperature perspective, wouldn't that create issues? Could your PC handle the changes?
