He's correct, but that isn't the main focus. The issue lies in locating a suitable power adapter for your PC.

This setup requires an external power brick to supply power to the PicoPSU.

I have no idea why I spent so much time browsing photos of mico-itx motherboards... Maybe it's because it has a red Ethernet port that seems unusual.
My thought is your board might be DQ77KB.
You can check Amazon for specs on power, and if you search the board number there, you should find compatible power supplies.
I’m not sure if these are accurate or if it really matches your board, so you should look for markings on your motherboard to confirm the part number.

Good discovery. Seems to be the appropriate choice.
Requires a 19V external power source. Just need a compatible plug size.
Main power needs are determined by the CPU that's installed.

Thank you for your assistance. I discovered a fresh configuration on eBay featuring the PicoPSU 90 along with a 100 W power supply, compatible with an I3 CPU.

No need for a PicoPSU.
Requires an external 19V adapter (not 12V).
Functions identically to what is used for laptops.
Select one with the correct plug size and adequate wattage.
The plug must correspond to the DC-IN power socket on your PC.
Looks similar to this one, but likely uses an incorrect plug.

Which processor model is currently running on your computer? If the power consumption is around 55 watts, it's likely you'll require a power supply with at least 120 watts.

I didn't notice any 3.5" drives in the photo of your PC.
If you're using an external 3.5" drive, it would require a separate power adapter.
Similar options are available (120W -150W should suffice):
