Thanks for your response initially!
I think my games aren't delivering enough FPS, even though I have a GeForce 1660 and a Ryzen 5 1600. My new build seems to match theirs in FPS.

Yes, the fresh OS install includes all components, I didn't enable anything from BIOS, and XMP is also available for the work AMD CPU.
