You're referring to a wall-mounted PC. You can take a standard NUC PC and secure it with double-sided tape to the back of a TV, as many TVs function as computers. Unless you're aiming for a massive case, the display will likely surpass the size of the computer itself.
It seems to rely on the specific surface in contact with the wall. Generally, most PC cases require open space on the front and back, as well as some on top and bottom. This leaves the sides exposed to the wall. A case built specifically for wall installation wouldn't face these constraints.
You don't require any case for mounting a motherboard to the wall, just two nails. The airflow will be excellent, though shielding against RF interference or children throwing balls would be inadequate. I recommend a board with power and reset buttons, since dangling ones would be unsuitable.
