I've gotten used to your odd cookie-cutter replies that force people toward Intel no matter their needs or budgets, but this is different.

OP, could you tell me which PSU you're using? I'm curious about the video card market—second-hand options and a limited budget might be the way to go.

We must understand your PSU and its age to assess suitable GPU upgrade possibilities, since replacing the underpowered 710 will increase its workload significantly.
Finding the most affordable used 16 or 32GB (2x8 or 2x16) DDR4 RAM set is also a viable choice, though it won't make much difference without a new GPU.
