I am organizing to construct a pc.
I selected a gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H motherboard.
However, it indicates incompatibility with standard sata devices.
What does this imply?
Additionally, I picked a 1tb western digital internal hard drive (WD10EZEX).
Is this drive suitable for this motherboard?
Thank you in advance.

This setup includes just one SATA Express port. The remaining six SATA connectors are compatible with all SATA drives. The 1TB WD drive should work with any of the six x SATA 6Gb/s connectors.

There is one M.2 connector available (Socket 3, M key, supports various SSD types).
One SATA Express connector is provided.
Note: The SATA Express connector does not work with standard SATA devices.
Six SATA 6Gb/s connectors are included.
For installation details on the M.2 and SATA connectors, see "1-7 Internal Connectors."

I select the same mainboard (GA B250M D3H) but I need to confirm if it's possible to use all m.2, SATA Express, and regular SATA devices together in one system. Thanks for your unclear writing—I meant to ask about compatibility.
