Seeking feedback on this refurbished Dell Optiplex 3050 SFF PC:
Details include an i5-7500 processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and a 256GB SSD.
Regardless of the cost, I'm curious if it's a suitable option for high-quality browsing and watching movies. I'm okay with a compact setup.
What additional factors should I consider when choosing a PC for my needs?

It relies on your intended method for viewing movies on it, but exploring should work just fine. Varying the source or encoding could prevent hardware acceleration, leading to a significant CPU demand since the system's capabilities from that time are limited.

The document outlines the encoding and decoding features available on 7th generation Intel® Core™ processors and later models. It mentions compatibility with HD Graphics 630, which is present in the 7500 series.
