I purchase only DLC that enhances the narrative. For instance, Bioshock Burial At Sea I don’t frequently engage in online or multiplayer games; I favor single-player adventures.

I believe we should consider a different choice on the vote, such as "I purchase some DLC" or similar phrases. I’ve bought DLC before—like BioShock Burial at Sea—which was one of the best investments I ever made, and I also buy items for CSGO occasionally.

This might seem like a compromise, but I’m happy to purchase the DLC I want. I don’t follow a strict “policy,” so perhaps it’s a skin pack I like or a highly praised story expansion like those for Bioshock Infinite or Dishonored. If my interest aligns with the cost, I’ll likely buy it eventually. I usually skip season passes until the DLC is available. However, if I see enough criticism and the season pass becomes more affordable, that would be great. I can’t really participate in this poll.

I don't believe any of the available choices match my interests. I seldom purchase additional content. The only DLC I've acquired were expansions for The Elder Scrolls series and a few for New Vegas, with the most recent being The Last of Us.

Likely to spend if a unique piece catches my eye, though it's uncommon.

It varies by game and its DLC availability. If it's a title I don’t really enjoy, I’ll only buy DLC if it’s a significant discount. If I appreciate the game, I’ll invest in the main expansions and occasionally cosmetic items. Borderlands 2 is a good case—everything except the costume packs is covered.

I've noticed that when I purchase DLC, I rarely engage with it. It's mainly because I've shifted my focus and seldom revisit the game afterward. I only play it again when I buy a previous title with the DLC available at a discount. Right now, I don't buy any DLC regularly. That doesn't mean I dislike it—I appreciate the concept as long as the pricing is fair and it functions properly within the game. For instance, the DLC for Dishonored was excellent, but multiplayer map packs don't work for me since they disrupt community interaction. By the time most DLCs are released, I often stop playing the base game because I feel satisfied with what I have.

Major items available at a discount. Prices reflect current sales on Steam Minor editions (skins, etc.). Offer applies only if you approve and it’s on sale.

I’m open to purchasing content DLC when I’m having fun with the game (like buying BF premium), but I don’t see value in cosmetic DLC since it doesn’t enhance the experience. Most games I enjoy don’t warrant extra purchases beyond what’s already included.
