I work as a court reporter using Eclipse and Dragon Naturally Speaking. I recently bought a set of room microphones from Sound Professionals. To operate them, I need to install a driver, but it seems the one they provided isn’t compatible with Waves Maxx Audio. Therefore, I had to turn it off. According to other users, disabling it causes the audio jack to fail to recognize my earbuds. I’m trying to find a suitable replacement for Waves Maxx Audio, but I’m not very experienced with this process. If you can provide clear, step-by-step guidance, I’d be able to manage it. Sound Professionals mentioned that WaveMaxx Audio and Intel Smart Sound Technology don’t work well with Andrea drivers. I’d prefer not to send the microphones back because they’re excellent at capturing sound in a busy courtroom. Your assistance would be very much appreciated.
