Hi everyone, it's been years since I've joined this thread, and I want to thank everyone for helping with any issues or thoughts I had. Since then, I grew up a lot and am now in college. I ended up selling the build I made a few years back and came back recently into the computer market to realize that everything has completely changed. The GTX 1080 Ti's are no longer the best of their class, so on. This leads me to ask: can anyone recommend a $1200 gaming PC that performs really well for school and games?

It depends on what game names you want to use for your games.

Just call me an all-arounder for now. My main goal is to play some really heavy games, specifically things like Squad.

1. Are you worried your electric bill is going up a lot or are you okay with that? 2. What game does you like to play? 3. Do you stream videos online? 4. Are you a STEM major, specifically in engineering? 5. How much storage space do you need and do you delete things you don't use anymore?

I don't care about it. I've never used software higher than 1080p before. That's okay. I do have a degree in science and engineering though. I'd like to get 1 or 2 terabytes of space.

Which apps are you running? I'm trying to figure out if you really need 64GB of memory or if just 32GB is enough for your stuff.
