I understand Microsoft flight simulator benefits from the extra cache in x3d chips. It's unclear if other simulations would gain similar advantages.
Upgrading to 64 GB of RAM in a modern high-end system is a reasonable choice. This ensures you won’t need more memory over time, especially for the duration of the machine. However, the games mentioned by the original poster generally have modest system requirements, so this configuration might be excessive for them. On the other hand, such a setup would provide longevity and support more demanding titles in the future. I chose a 7900xt for its durability with VRAM and 4K performance. It also performs better than a 4070 Ti Super.

Farming Simulator offers a different experience, more akin to Sim City than Flight or Racing Sim. City Skylines and Farming Simulator focus on numerous small-scale simulations rather than a single highly detailed one. Real time strategies behave similarly when the army size increases significantly.

I'm sure you won't be let down by the Ryzen CPU, honestly.
