Above the average of 10489, it's a solid score for that CPU information source available at https://cpu-benchmark.org/cpu/intel-core-i5-10600k/

Check the motherboard specifications and cooling options available. It seems there might be a power or performance concern.

Did I really have a brain fart? It’s hard to say, but I think I read 10600 without double-checking.

I own an MSI Z490 gaming edge wifi motherboard paired with a Corsair H100i Elite Capellix xt. For CPU performance on Cinebench, with a max DPD of 125 watts, aim for around 100 watts. The priority was adjusted from below normal to realtime after a mistake, but it’s now back to normal. It typically stays under 100 watts during operation and drops to about 64°C after 10 minutes of use, reaching a cooler 26°C at idle. Userbenchmark results were acceptable, though the scoring system was questionable. I’m sorry for any confusion, and I didn’t get enough sleep while trying to figure this out.

The site linked likely displays an average performance for users with that specific processor. Most videos I’ve seen show a score near 9000. I’ll try it again to check if the result is better than before. I won’t run it for the full 10 minutes—just enough time for the initial test, which should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
