Personal mode with WPA2 is more secure than personal mode with WPA3, so choose based on your needs and device compatibility.

WPA3 offers enhanced security through stronger authentication and encryption techniques. https://community.fs.com/blog/wep-vs-wpa...-wpa3.html Note that older devices might struggle to join a network protected with WPA3.

Personal IPA settings are acceptable; WPA2/WPA3 personal works too, as noted by @PorkishPig for long-term use.

Creating two networks within one allows you to assign WPA2/WPA3 to devices lacking WPA3 support while using a single WPA3 network for others.

They don't really work well. Devices using WPA3 might connect slightly better under WPA3 alone, but you haven't tested it yet, so you need to try yourself.

A few years ago, WPA2 had its security compromised. Although manufacturers released updates, repeated vulnerabilities mean it might still be possible to break it again.

I suggest using WPA2-PSK-AES. Avoid TKIP as it is outdated and lacks security.
