Hey, I attempted to change a USB port on my mouse to test something. After plugging it back in, it didn’t work properly. I looked into the Device Manager and saw a warning. When I double-clicked, it reported that the device hadn’t been reset or restarted successfully. I decided to scan for hardware changes, but when I clicked it, the PC shut down and then restarted again. In the Event Viewer, I noticed two errors—one critical and one error. The system rebooted without a clean shutdown. This could be due to the system stopping, crashing, or losing power unexpectedly. The last shutdown on 28/06/2024 at 22:30 was also unexpected. Any suggestions? Is this something typical?

Are I verifying whether your operating system requires an update? Could you confirm the BIOS version for your motherboard? It might be useful to reinstall the newest chipset drivers from AMD's support page using an elevated command. Try disabling the iGPU in BIOS to see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for the reply.
There are no pending updates. I'm using the latest BIOS version F30.
I've tested all chipset drivers, but the iGPU remains disabled.
Just checking to confirm it doesn't impact my USB devices, since my mouse sometimes feels sluggish.
