Weird Shadow mirrors in games

Hello, in every game I play the shadows lag when shifting the camera. This issue appears in most titles, though it’s less noticeable in some. For example, in the video from Read Dead Redemption 2, the shadow effects become very obvious when you move the camera and there’s no clear fix. They mainly affect shadows far away. I’ve tried installing the games on a different hard drive, but the same problem persists. I’m hoping someone here can help explain what’s going on or why it happens. Here’s the link to the video I recorded: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rNz41nL...O1FLY/view PC Specs. 10900k not OC 3090RTX not OC 32GB Ram GSKILL F4-4000C16D-32GTZR Mainboard:ROG STRIX Z490-F GAMING SSD. this phenomenon is known as 'pop ins' and usually doesn’t occur, but it does frequently in poorly optimized titles. It seems you might have never seen it before since you likely played at lower resolutions or settings. Running the game at higher configurations often highlights how strong or weak the game really is. Yes, it can look quite intense in the video, yet it still appears fairly typical—especially for shadows, which here appear more like reflections. Maybe some unusual settings are involved, but I haven’t tested the game myself. Still, it looks pretty normal overall.
I also recorded another video, but I haven’t played my games at low resolutions for years—using a 4790k and a 980Ti. I tested them on 1080P and high settings, and it never bothered me. Now I have a solid PC running at 4K max, and this is really annoying. The shadows pop up when moving the camera.
