Recently, whenever I play any game—even when not actively engaged—I experience sudden stutters and a drop in FPS to 5-10 every minute, which is quite bothersome. I'm using an ASUS TUF Dash F15 with an i7 11370h and RTX 3060. Anyone have any insights or advice?

Ensure your laptop is running the latest BIOS, then verify if your operating system requires updates. Use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers in Safe Mode, covering Intel, AMD, and Nvidia. Next, manually install the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support page in an elevated command prompt, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

i don't think i can refresh my profile because i use the laptop as a desktop, the screen is damaged, but i'll try the rest anyway
