Weird Keyboard Issue
Keyboard isn't being recognized on the PC. I've checked all USB ports and tried an external HDD and mouse in each, but it still doesn't detect it. The keyboard works fine when tested on another laptop or PC. The motherboard model is Asrock H81M-VG4, with an i3 4130 processor, a Gigabyte gtx 750 graphics card, 8GB DDR3 RAM, single channel, and it functions properly elsewhere.
Does the keyboard come with its own program for Windows?
Can the keyboard function when you start from a Ubuntu live USB?

The keyboard lacks any software. I haven't tested it on Ubuntu Live USB yet, but my keyboard isn't functioning when I power it on, even with BIOS enabled.

If it isn’t displayed, the board might not function properly with a keyboard. It could fail to recognize it.
No bent pins in the USB connector?

i'm not sure if I should flash the BIOS just for one keyboard.
i might try another keyboard to check if it works.
you could also consider using a hub, though it might not be effective since the BIOS needs to understand the signals it receives.
I tried three keyboards but none worked on my PC. I plan to flash the BIOS later.

i think they are usb keyboards.
Mice and the other USB device are functioning properly, but the keyboard is not working. It appears to be a USB keyboard issue.
How long have you been using this PC? What changed with the old keyboard? It seems it functioned before. Some of the solutions need you to access the BIOS, which is difficult if the keyboard isn’t working. I often think about the authors of those articles.
