It's a bit off position, but it's hard to say if it would really affect things. If you could fix it, it'd be a solid play.

I examine the pins on the CPU and notice they align perfectly in their positions, suggesting good contact. I might capture an image of the unusual pin on the CPU.

It seems discolored a little, if it's dirt you could try very gently wiping it off with some isopropyl

I'm still unsure about this PC. I was out all weekend, then came back and used it again. It functioned properly. I changed some BIOS settings to disable LAN and other options, but installation went smoothly. Thanks for your help!
