Experienced a strange buzzing sound while playing games. It was more noticeable when facing areas with few objects and players, becoming quieter in other directions. As soon as I turned my gaze elsewhere with more activity, the noise instantly changed to a louder, higher-pitched version.

Coilwine. The issue lies with the extremely poor quality PSU in the system. You're not concerned about the costly components.

This recommendation came from a friend, but he might not know it well and I’m not an expert either. Any ideas for a new PSU? And will the updated one eliminate the coil whine? Also, as a video editor, I need a more powerful GPU for 4K editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Would you recommend the RTX 4070 Ti or 4080? And regarding my PC case, the PSU is located at the bottom and it’s collecting a lot of dust—should I choose a case with the PSU on top to avoid dust buildup? Thank you a lot!

This PSU is decent, though its value depends on the price. The quality isn't exceptional.
