Hello everyone! I recently purchased a new build with the following components:
AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3D
ASUS ROG STRIX 650E-F
GeForce RTX 5070 TI OC
Phanteks Eclipse P400A
Corsair Vengeance 5200Mhz 32GB DDR5 RAM
Be quiet! The power supply is a 1000 watt PSU and the Corsair iQ 150i Elite RGB is working perfectly.

Everything seems connected correctly, but when I start the PC, only the pump makes noise—it sounds like it’s running. The Corsair fans are spinning very slowly, and the Phanteks fan doesn’t move at all. If I disconnect the USB-C cable from the pump, the front fans speed up, but the Phanteks fan still doesn’t turn. There’s also no video on the monitor, even after reseating the RAM. I’m not sure what the issue is. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I also tried connecting the monitor cable to the GPU and using integrated graphics, but nothing worked.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Hello everyone! I recently purchased a new build and the specifications are...
Have you put the system together? If yes, was the BIOS updated to the most recent release before? Out of the box, the B650 chipset won't support the 9800X3D processor without a BIOS update.
You can refer to this guide:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frQApIktgyM
to assist with flashing the BIOS to the latest version. The board might differ, but the approach stays the same.

Hello and thank you for your help! I assembled the system on my own, it’s not my first project but this is my first time dealing with this problem, so I’m still confused. The BIOS hasn’t been updated yet—could that be causing the strange fan behavior too? Also, I didn’t mention that there are no debug LED lights illuminating. I’ll try updating the BIOS when I get home today and will let you know if it resolves the issue, thank you!

No, we are not utilizing Icue software for fan and RGB control.
