I understood the issue with your FPS fluctuating between 80 and 119 during CSGO multi-core resets. What causes this behavior? Why do you see more FPS when the game is running but fewer when it's turned off?

Joined PC gaming community; multicore rendering implies CSGO will utilize multiple CPU threads. Turning it off would limit performance to a single thread. It’s best to keep it enabled by default. Updated October 30, 2016 by wkdpaul

When it's off, you're utilizing just one of your CPU cores, but once it's turned on, you're using more than that.
