I constructed my initial PC last week, everything functioned smoothly until yesterday night. When I started playing Call of Duty, exited the room, and returned, the machine displayed a bluescreen error. I repeatedly attempted to boot Windows but the issues persisted. Various errors appeared during the multiple crashes, such as (system service exception, ntoskrl.exe, win32kfull.sys, etc.).

Since this was my first PC and I lacked troubleshooting skills, I decided to remove the M.2 SSD from the BIOS and reinstall Windows, hoping it would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, that didn’t help. Now the computer continues to generate BSOD errors without entering safe mode.

What I attempted:
- Removed the GPU and used integrated graphics (still BSOD)
- Verified RAM installation, tested each stick separately (still BSOD)
- Updated BIOS (still BSOD)
- Confirmed all cables were securely connected (still BSOD)
- Tried booting from the Windows installation USB (still BSOD)
- Disabled XMP profile (still BSOD)
- Booted without any additional USB devices connected (still BSOD)

PC Specifications:
i7 13700k
MSI Mag Z790 Tomahawk Wi-Fi DDR4
MSI Gaming x Trio RTX 4080 16GB
2x 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600MHz
Corsair RM1000x Power Supply

Do you experience the BSOD only during Call of Duty sessions or also in other situations?

Since then I haven't been able to install it into Windows, so I chose to remove my M.2 SSD to try again. Even when I start from the installation key, I still encounter the BSOD. The only issue seems to occur when I'm in BIOS.

I understand your frustration!
My recent upgrade was functioning smoothly until three days ago. The 30-day Amazon return window has expired.
While playing Starfield, the screen suddenly froze, and both the mouse and keyboard stopped responding. I pressed the power button repeatedly to restart, but only blue error messages appeared.
I finally entered safe mode and tried all available fixes, but nothing worked. After several attempts, I managed to boot Windows 10 in safe mode with a clean install, though it was still unstable.
After 24 hours of troubleshooting, I brought the issue to a local tech expert. He couldn’t identify the problem and even attempted another clean installation, but the GPU swap didn’t help. His assessment pointed to the power supply unit as the likely culprit.
The hardware specs are: i5 13600k, MSI Z790 A Wi-Fi DDR5, MSI RTX 4070 Dual, 2x 32GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 5600MHz, and Corsair RM1000x PSU.
